RTS Orders once placed will be shipped within 2-4 working days using the shipping method taken off the checkout and tracking references will be emailed wherever feasible.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24® and Royal Mail Tracked 48® for smaller parcels and DPD for bigger parcels (Mainland UK).

There may be some additional incurred costs and delays out of our hands for Northern Ireland, Highlands and offshore and Isle’s. Please email prior to purchasing.

Although, on most occasions products are received within the estimated times, delivery times are not guaranteed and SHOULD NOT be relied on. Delivery times can vary on pre ordered items as they are ordered in at your request so some delays in shipping may occur which are out of our control. Delays in shipping may be a result of being shipped from overseas, supplier issues, customs or particular busy periods. Refunds will not be issued due to delayed deliveries.
